6 Weeks - 24 Months
Devoted team members care for your child and begin instilling the concepts of trust. We have volunteers who will lovingly care for your child.
"Jesus loves you and knows you by name" is conveyed through words and actions. If you have questions about preteen ministry, contact Sam at

Two Years - Five Years Old
Kids participate in a Bible Story, worship songs, coloring and/or craft, and get their wiggles out in the gym as they play on slides and climbing toys. Our curriculum, First Look, is based on one of three simple, but powerful, truths. The entire curriculum is constructed to meet your preschoolers where they are cognitively, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially. Through age appropriate activities, preschoolers are building their spiritual foundation so that by the time they graduate to Kindergarten they know these three basic truths.
-God Made Me
-God Loves Me
-Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever

Elementary (K-3rd Grade)
Shhh…listen carefully. Do you hear that voice coming from inside of you? Does it have a slightly French accent? If so, it’s probably your inner artist. God has put one in all of us (maybe without the accent) and it’s screaming to get out! That is — until now! During “Artrageous,” kids will have a chance to unleash the artist inside of them by using all kinds of super fun art to tell the Easter story and to picture the outrageous love that Jesus has for us.
K-3rd Weekend Series
There are so many things to love about Christmas — the music, the presents, the decorations, the bad sweaters… and to top it all off, there are the twinkling lights. Christmas is sometimes referred to as the season of light. Not just because of the colorful lights you see hanging on houses and trees, but because we celebrate the birth of Jesus — the Light of the World. During “Light it Up,” kids will get clues about the contents of a present. At the flip of a switch, the present will light up, magically revealing its contents and shedding light on the amazing story of Jesus’ birth. Preteen (4th-5th Grade)
Our 4th and 5th graders meet in the Warehouse (Student Center) located at the back of the gym. They spend time hanging out playing carpet ball, foosball, and other fun games, and then experience worship, a large group lesson, and small group time. We want kids to build relationships with God and with friends. This program is geared towards their age group as students learn how to grow their faith, be more confident, and become disciples of Jesus. Some of the topics we’ll cover this year include friendships, worship, attributes of God, and more! See our current series below. Come hang out with us this weekend – you won’t want to miss it!
Preteen Weekend Series - Click Bait
In our Click Bait series, we’ll focus on preparing preteens to enter their teen years with the confidence and wisdom to "swim away" from the many temptations that the world has to offer. The goal of this series is for preteens to know they are in the Good Shepherd's care and will flee from temptation. If you have questions about preteen ministry, contact Andrea Wageman.
