Part-Time Weekend Coffee Shop Manager

Christ Community has a part-time weekend position requiring someone with leadership experience and a retail background, ideally in a coffee shop or restaurant.  This position is responsible for recruiting, training and deploying volunteer coffee shop staff.  The Manager works alongside volunteers in carrying out all aspects of operations during 6 weekend operating hours, overlapping church services.  Additional time will be spent on staffing, cleaning, prep, maintenance, inventory, cash management and reporting, with a total of approximately 12 hours per week.  If interested or have any questions, contact Steve at swernimont@cccrochester.org or Kristen at krisser@cccrochester.org.
