These Life Groups focus on the positive with each meeting ending in greater understanding and vision concerning mental health difficulties. While the Life Group does allow time to share with one another the great stories and challenges, the emphasis is on learning how to filter difficulties through God's grace and implementing the many practical skills and tools presented in each topic. This group starts on Sunday January 21 from 9:45-10:45am until March 11th in the Main Office. Book cost is $18.50 if you don't already have one. This is an open group and pre-registration is not required. For more information contact Andrea at firstname.lastname@example.org.Group Details

Life Group Leader Resources
"Being a Caregiver for a loved one dealing with mental health difficulties is challenging. Caregivers need care also. "Family Grace" is peer support for Caregivers. Based on a combination of clinical and biblical truth, "Family Grace" is an opportunity to stabilize the foundation of mercy and grace Caregivers need in order to care well. In addition, when we strengthen our faith as Caregivers, this can have a transforming effect on the one(s) we care for with Christ-like love, support and counsel." This group is currently meeting at 9:45am in Room 200 and will meet weekly until March 11th. Cost for this group is $20 which includes the workbook. Email the leader above to register.Group Details
