What is a Life Group?
A Life Group is a group of people who meet together on a regular basis to share life and grow in their faith together. These groups may be formed around a life stage, a topic, an activity, or common interest. There are several types of available Life Groups, including ones for students, men, women, married with or without kids, and care groups for mental health and divorce.

These Life Groups focus on the positive with each meeting ending in greater understanding and vision concerning mental health difficulties. While the Life Group does allow time to share with one another the great stories and challenges, the emphasis is on learning how to filter difficulties through God's grace and implementing the many practical skills and tools presented in each topic. "Being a Caregiver for a loved one dealing with mental health difficulties is challenging. Caregivers need care also. "Family Grace" is peer support for Caregivers. Based on a combination of clinical and biblical truth, "Family Grace" is an opportunity to stabilize the foundation of mercy and grace Caregivers need in order to care well. In addition, when we strengthen our faith as Caregivers, this can have a transforming effect on the one(s) we care for with Christ-like love, support and counsel."
